They did not adjust my days and move it up by one day therefore I could not use the hotel and they charged me anyways I heard that the hotel was a dump inconsistent. The reception was rude and the service was horrible so why would I bother especially when Expedia called the Hotel and asked nicely to move me up by one day and I called reception and they said yes we have plenty of rooms no problem but somebody else had to approve it and then they didn’t honor moving my day up so they can go to hell.

Great room and place in general and we loved the location in the specific neighborhood in Granada. The concierge was very helpful and friendly. We had a car so it was very convenient that they recommended a parking garage nearby and validated our tickets for a discount.

Staff

The property is situated in the hub of all the main sightseeing sights , walk out of the property door and your met with grandeour architecture . Even though they are apartments it is staffed by a receptionist from 7am -7pm , which is great in the even you have any issues .the apartment complex itself is beautiful and big. The only thing it was lacking was a washing machine , but there is a laundry around the corner so it wasn’t really an issue .

Pros: The room was huge and well equipped with everything you needed provided The building is stunning and has ample parking even for large cars. I personally would have liked a door on the bathroom but with the privacy glass and the toilet behind the wall it worked. The staff we spoke to were polite but there werent many of them around. The italian restaurant on site is very good and reasonably priced The location is pretty and quiet Cons: No room service The breakfast though varied was not good quality - the croissants were old and several items flavourless Overall, its marked as a 5 star hotel - it has the building and rooms to be so but doesnt provide a 5 star experience
