The staff were very polite and helpful. The room was spacious and clean, which was perfect.
The problems were that tourists in the hallway were very loud and stuff didn't tell us in advance that using mosquito repellent incense would cost USD10.
Overall, it was a very good hotel, and it was a good hotel to relieve the fatigue of our trip to Uganda.
This is not the hotel's responsibility, we asked for a taxi to the airport late at night at this hotel, it was USD55. But, the taxi driver said, "I can't give you balance even if you pay with dollar bills, so pay with Ugandan shilling"... we were in a lot of trouble.
