Our room was tiny and difficult to get to. Great location right at the train
station but the next time we are in Oslo, we will stay at a neighboring hotel with larger rooms for the same price.

Hotellet har blitt veldig fint etter renoveringen. Frokosten var nydelig og så flott at hotellet har fokus på matsvinn♻️ Noen små innkjørings detaljer som helt sikkert kommer mer på plass når hotellet har vært åpent noe lenger. Vi kommer helt sikkert til å bo her igjen, så kun små detaljer som trakk litt ned.

Everything was great except the bathroom in the lobby was closed. Made it challenging to have to go all the way up to the 33rd floor to access a bathroom other than our room's.

Overall a good hotel, but very noisy. Dinner could have been better with most options gone by the time I got up to the lounge, but breakfast was great. There was an issue after check-in with the batteries in my door lock being dead and my key card not working and the front desk agent had to manually unlock it for me. At first, the front desk agent asked if I was just going to stay in my room the whole time so that it wouldn’t have to be fixed, but then she eventually was able to move me to a different room.
