The staff was very welcoming and friendly. The room was clean and well appointed. It was sad for us to be there only one day. We really appreciated the water filling station to keep our bottles full while out and about.

The location of this hotel is excellent and the design and artwork are beautiful. We really enjoyed our stay. I highly recommend it.

Room was not ready until 4 pm :( fortunately they allowed me a room at 3:25 pm Room with the port view was nice BUT Air conditioning was a disaster - 28 degrees celcius in the room :( restaurant on the checkin level is closed :( so called restaurant "gastronomique" on the 7th floor is a disaster. they told me sorry sir but no table available fortunately the concierge got me a table BUT I had to return the main dish as it must have been under the lamp for at least 10 to 15 minutes and disgusting breakfast was good bar on the 7h floor is nice too

i was charged an extra hour of stay even though I received verbal confirmation that I would not given the AC was not working properly.
