Superb customer service. Phenomenal ocean access to the most stunning waters, and so useful to have SUPs and kayaks easily on hand. Plus, walking distance to many restaurants and shop. Location beats the other hotel resorts on moorea

Much better experience than a week ago

We upgraded from a day pass to a room as our cruise ship arrived in Papeete at 8:00 and our flight departed at 2145. We didn't check in until 1400, but were able to use the hotel amenities right away. We chose the hotel because we heard that the snorkeling was amazing. There is a small lagoonarium, but it wasn't really that good. It was hard to get into the water off the property and avoid the boats and jet skis. We would have done better to book somewhere less costly and do a daytrip which would have given us the benefit of great snorkeling and a place to shower and rest before our flight.
