my stay at the hotel was truly unforgettable the view of the pyramids from both the hotel and my room was absolutely breathtaking especially during sunrise and sunset the room was clean comfortable and perfectly positioned to enjoy the iconic scenery highly recommended for anyone looking to experience the magic of the pyramids right from their window

The hotel had a stunning rooftop view of the pyramids from the restaurant. Most importantly, the staff Aladdin, Yara, Ahmed, and Abdul Rahman were all very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend staying here. The area also had plenty of cafes and convenience stores for food shopping and other essentials.

Front rooms of hotel are noisey due to road. Resturant is great. (Good SUSHI) Majority of staff are top notch and very helpful. Close to pyramids and GEM.

Noisy surrounding but it was holidays

our family of 7 enjoyed the property but were surprised to find out that the pool was not included in the rental. At nearly 10 dollars usd per persons eyptian equivalent, it would have cost our family 70 dollars a day to swim. My kids love swimming so this may be a pass next go to egypt. otherwise it was a nice property and we really liked the room and the close walking distance to a grocery store!

The front desk staff were awesome. Michael gave me a nice tower room. The hotel is nice, and the spa is good but could use some renovation. Overall, it’s a good hotel with only minor improvements needed.

Very nice staff Very helpfull and respectfull

Check in slow. Customer service ok. I ordered two beers and they were given to me warm with Service charge on top. Massage was phenomenal. Rooms are great. View from restaurant is lovely. Food ok but didn’t like my main meal so didn’t touch it.
