Everything was beyond great!

We Loved this hotel, it was charming, our room was spacious and it is a great part of the city!

I love this hotel and will continue to stay here. I don’t give 5 stars in all areas because the jacuzzi is kept at a temp that feels lukewarm. It’s also a tiny jacuzzi with rough texture that snags bathing suits and scratches skin. It doesn’t match the opulence of the hotel. I had to call 4 times to ask for a toothbrush to be sent to my room. It took a couple hours for it to arrive. Other than those minor issues- food and staff were great. The room was in need of fresh paint on walls or maybe a Mr Clean sponge to get all the black scuffs off. These are minor issues. I’m satisfied overall.

Wonderful one-night stay at Taj Campton Place. The service was excellent, and Saraya in particular was outstanding: warm, professional, and genuinely helpful. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, which matters a lot to us. A very enjoyable stay from start to finish.

Very nice corner room on a high floor, hotel is charming and in a great location, staff is nice and helpful, very nice bar (the Postroom). There is only one desk for check-in, the lobby could have been a bit cleaner, and the the music/beats from the very popular club on the top floor was audible until very late at night. Other than that, a really nice hotel with tastefully furnished rooms and a comfy bed.

Great location just across the street from the Fisherman’s Wharf

We stayed for three nights and never got another set of towels. The property is clean but there’s no safe, refrigerator and tv did not work. The area surrounding the hotel is not the safest.

Centrally located. Bourbon Steak house restaurant was terrific. Staff at the restaurant were very attentive. We did experience an unusual long wait at check-in, but desk staff were very helpful. I only wish attention to our room for service would have been better. But overall very friendly staff. Comfortable room, with great views.

Our stay was disappointing. The atmosphere felt dull and not welcoming, especially for families with children. It wasn’t the fun, happy environment we were hoping for, so we didn’t enjoy our time there. Hopefully the hotel can make improvements. The staff were so helpful in reception .
