Staff very curtious at checkin and check out Bell captain and 24/7 restaurant

room was spotless staff was super attentive and helpful with all requests allowed for us checkin at 9am without any cost history in the building and on the walls is museum level

Room was ok. Very cramped. Noisy as well.

Courteous staff however, although the room appeared ok on the face of things, we discovered hairs in the bed, no toilet paper in the bathroom. Situated down a dark alley and didn’t feel safe
