Chalk Hill Pet-friendly Vacations

Perfect location (at the pier in minutes and a nice Trader Joes also minutes away) incredible complimentary breakfast (the selection is mind boggling for a free breakfast!) and friendly staff. The outdoor fire tables are also awesome and we needed them for the cold and rainy weather. The only thing they need to fix is the wifi. It’s not good enough for 2026 and would be the only reason I wouldn’t go back. Being that it’s an older hotel, you can hear noises so bring a sound machine. I’m a light sleeper and it wasn’t an issue with the sound machine.

The restaurant experience was less than satisfactory. We were in a back area with very slow service. Very noisy. The waiter was pleasant but clearly serving too many tables. The food just wasn’t very good.

Beautiful overall , this is not as complaint but the shower head in our bathroom didn’t have any water coming out

Nice hotel, good location. Restaurant in hotel was also very good.

The staff in the restaurant were consistantly friendly, great at their job and alwasy accommodating.

View of the bay in the afternoon was amazing

We had a deluxe king room. The room was small and basic, but sparkly clean and had a very comfortable bed. We really liked the location. It was very central to everything we wanted to do.

Room was clean , I wish they had regular curtains as well as black out ones , the room seemed depressing on the day light.
