Clean room, breakfast was very good and breakfast staff attentive. Disappointed the bar was practically nonexistent, as ensure the hotel had a bar when booking. Always nice to have a nightcap at the end if a busy day.

Perfect location for shopping and dinning

The room was nice, we had a balcony looking out to the city which was a nice bonus but did not get much use in winter. The hotel is well connected via metro to the city but is also walkable.

Such a walkable location. Room and breakfast onsite was glorious. Large bathtub was perfect after a day of touring. Lovely staff.

Lightning outside can be improved. Staff can be a little bit more welcoming. It’s a beautiful hotel in a dark street. The city can be more helpful if they put better street lights. The bathroom is impressive due to heated floors. The room is spacious. If you request they will give you slippers to wear on the room.

Everything about this hotel was excellent.

10/10 I can’t fault this hotel. Absolutely stunning decor. A wow as soon as you walk in. Polite and helpful staff. our room was ready as soon as we arrived at 12pm so we didn’t have to wait. The room was in fantastic condition with very comfortable beds and stunning decor. The shower was amazing. Dressing gowns and slippers in the rooms. Rooms come with spa access and the spa was beautiful and so well kept. Long pool which was warm, with 8 loungers, a big sauna, a steam room, and treatment rooms. The gym was well equipped for cardio and weights. Filtered water (still and sparkling) was available all over the hotel. Excellent location close to the river and close to most tourist attractions. We walked everywhere and the metro stop is just around the corner. Make sure you visit the rooftop bar! Especially at sunset. If you’re thinking of booking this hotel then don’t hesitate. I would have paid much more money for a hotel like this. The only thing I’d change is I wish the spa was open a little later - it closes at 9pm which is decent, but some evenings it would’ve been nice to relax a bit later and they make you leave at 8:45pm. Thanks for a wonderful stay!
