I had a good time at the hotel, nice and clean, the staff very polite!

The family suite with 4 adults and a child was perfect.

Easiest check in ever and a neat and nice studio flat with a view.

We had an excellent stay at the hotel. I forgot which number bus stop it was near but, it helped out that it was close by. The room itself was clean, warm, and comfortable. The kitchenette was perfect for us as we were able to come back and have dinner and breakfast before heading out. The area that it was in was also perfect and walkable to other areas in the city. It was still in the crowd but also away from it as well. Definitely would recommend to anyone!

Didnt have breakfast, Clean room, Staff is awsome Joseph the front staff is great, convenient location walking distance to the nearest attractions.

Everything was wonderful at the hotel and spa. Unfortunately there was a family there that had a small child and the child came to our table several times at dinner with the nanny chasing after him. We also had breakfast with the same family - so again, not super relaxing.

Great location everything within walking distance. Pick up for tours at bus stop 9 is right in front of the hotel. Breakfast has great variety and filling.

Great breakfast buffet, spa was very relaxing, kid-friendly place and staff were friendly and helpful. We are a young family and had an excellent stay. We would definitely come back there again.

The staff was kind and helpful. The rooms were cute and cozy with private bathrooms and good heating. The breakfast was nice to have, especially in an expensive city that opens late. The 24 hour access to coffee tea and hot chocolate in the lobby was really comforting to have, especially with jetlag and being awake at odd hours. The location and the hotel felt safe. The only potential downside is that the hotel is on a main street so people walking by constantly are noisy but that didn't bother me.
