We had a wonderful stay at Boutique Hotel Sablon. The service was outstanding from start to finish. We arrived around 1:00 pm, well before the 3:00 pm check-in, and after leaving our luggage at reception, we were pleasantly surprised to find our room ready at 2:00 pm. The thoughtful touches, including chocolates, a welcome note, and cookies at checkout, made us feel genuinely welcome. We stayed in Room 36, which was spacious, bright, and comfortable, with a huge bed, three large windows, a mini fridge, and a coffee machine. The spa was a great addition, with easy booking through reception. Just remember to bring your swimsuit. Breakfast was excellent, offering a wide selection of hot and cold items, fresh fruit, pastries, smoked salmon, and even champagne. The hotel is conveniently located, just a short bus ride from the train station followed by a 5–10 minute walk, with a supermarket nearby. A few minor drawbacks: complimentary bottled water in the room would have been appreciated, some floors can be slippery, and the open shower design (without a door) may not suit everyone. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return.

I loved this hotel. Everything was beautiful inside and the beds so comfy. Two things, they had to be reminded a few times we needed more TP and they charged me for a cup of coffee at checkout once I had paid the final bill (and it's free in your room but we'd run out of pods). It was 4 euro, felt like that should have been free. (Oh well)

Breakfast was good and it's on the tram line for easy transportation access. Clean and quiet!

The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good, but I felt it was over priced. The fresh mozzarella was amazingly fresh and delicious. The staff were helpful, but not always available at the front desk. My stay was for 2 nights. Location was convenient.

Beautiful room with views over the canal

The property was in a great location with high end shops around. There was also a metro near by making it easy to get to the city center. The staff was very professional and friendly. Overall we had a great experience.

I had a truly excellent stay at Juliana — the overall level of comfort, attention to detail and service is exactly what you would expect from a refined luxury property. The room, spa and overall atmosphere were outstanding, and the breakfast in particular deserves a special mention — one of the best I’ve experienced, with fresh, high-quality products and great execution. I would also like to highlight the concierge team, who were consistently kind, attentive and genuinely welcoming — a great asset to the hotel and a pleasure to interact with throughout my stay. If I may share one small observation, I believe the cocktail bar experience has the potential to be elevated to fully match the level of the rest of the hotel. With a slightly more structured approach, it could become a real highlight. Overall, a fantastic stay and I would absolutely return.

The room was very functional, staff were helpful, I had more or less everything I needed. My only annoyance was that I left the "do not change the towels" message on the door, and this apparently means "don't touch the room at all" - no bed service, no refills for coffee capsules. Apart from that no complaints whatsoever.
