Upon arrival this hotel is quite beau with an amazing view. Decent choices for breakfast and a nice pool with pool bar and music. Saying all that. I also used the laundry service twice and had two missing shorts. One swimteunk and one Jordan’s workout shorts. Also their room service menu doesn’t have all the items listed to order and the waiter had to. One 3 times to get another order. Felt bad for the waiter.

"What a hidden gem! The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and cozy. It had all the bare essentials and was reasonably priced. Would recommend staying here if you're in Puerto Princesa and are on a budget."
