Everything was good….Staff, size etc. There was an odor from the toilet room. Need to constantly spray the odor eliminator

Amazing property. Love it. Have everything for your trip. Wash machine was amazing bonus. Traveling with 2 small kids. Best property in all trip for us. Was Traveling 3 weeks in Japan.

We traveled as a family of five and stayed in one room, which had two sets of bunk beds and one single bed. The setup worked perfectly for our family, and we were very comfortable during our stay. We chose to add breakfast when we booked, and in my opinion, it was absolutely worth it. The food, convenience, and value made our mornings much easier, especially while traveling with kids. Everything about our stay was wonderful. The staff was incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming. Even with a language barrier. We had a great experience and would definitely recommend this place to other families traveling together.

We had an amazing stay at the Osaka Hotel! I traveled with my 15-year-old, and we both thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and always happy to help, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast was definitely one of the highlights. There was an excellent selection of fresh and delicious Japanese and continental food every morning, with plenty of choices to suit different tastes. It was the perfect start to each day. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Osaka. We would happily stay here again!

Room was nice and clean. Great location and near Osaka Station and walking distance to Kitte shopping and restaurants. Also walking within walking distance to Laundry facilities. I would definitely stay here again.

We like the place because new, clean and convenient.
