Tingloy Pet-friendly Vacations

The staff was outstanding in taking care of my needs.

Friendly and efficient staff. Walkable to Power Plant Mall with lots of dining options.

Overall the location and the property were great. It’s walkable to many restaurants and places nearby and was easy to get a ride in front of the building. The property itself was well maintained for the most part and kept clean. Communicating with the staff was very well regarding issues that came up. My only gripe was that we had communicated with management that we wanted to leave our baggage after check out for roughly an hour and was told that it was ok to do so only to go down to the front desk lobby and find out that they don’t offer this. Luckily the front desk was able to compromise and allowed us to leave our stuff with the condition that 1 person stayed to keep an eye on them despite the initial statement that we could only leave our stuff for 15 mins.

Such an amazing hotel. Excellent customer service. Travelled with family and rented two rooms, palace suite. One of the best I’ve stayed at.

Great experience! Lots of amenities including in room massages, 24hr gym, beautiful dining, and awesome pool! Staff are absolutely amazing and nice and helpful! My only recommendation would be a toilet update but the shower/bath was very nice
