Concierge at check in was excellent with directions and extremely pleasant!

Unfortunately, I was quite disappointed with my stay. The hotel’s location was very noisy, as it was near several nightclubs, and the noise continued throughout the night. It was difficult to get a good night’s sleep. In addition, the room did not have a refrigerator or air conditioning, which made the stay less comfortable, especially at night.

Cute lodging. Nice lonby. Had to take steps to get to the lower rooms. Cute red Illy coffee machine which made my room livelier.

Excellent location and quality of breakfast

I was not familiar with Copenhagen at all when I had to choose a hotel for our visit. I wanted some comfort but didn't have an unlimited budget. CPH is an expensive city so be prepared. That said, Hotel Hans starts your day with a great breakfast buffet, It was included with our reservation. The decor is perfectly Danish, relaxing and comfortable. At 5pm it's time for wine in the lobby. A nice place to hang out and you'll also have a nightcap at 10pm. The room is comfortable although the lighting is a bit dim in the evening. The room is spacious enough for two to move around and the bed was a dreamy end to the day. On top of that the staff are the best. Always helpful and friendly. There is a bus stop to the center of town nearby, but you can also walk. The location is located near to many areas although there isn't much in the immediate area. The best bagels in town are a short walk away. I would stay here again now that I know the city and how to get around.
