Room were clean and tidy, staff were excellent and very helpful. Breakfast was amazing. Location is near the underground station and from there you can explore brussels and go to central station if you want to visit different cities

Hotel was nice. Staff were kind. The south part of Brussles leaves a lot to be desired. While we understand that it is near the main south train station, there were many people outside of the hotel begging for money/food/drugs which left my wife feeling unnerved.
It is conflicting to me as I do not feel that the hotel itself should be penalized for people who gather outside but as a guest, being constantly badgered while near the entrance to the property is frustrating and makes us reconsider where to stay should we return.

Modern hotel. Upscale experience. Very helpful Bellhop and Reception Staff. Room was spacious , upscale with L'Occitane soaps and luxurious spa amenities - robe and slippers.. We found dirt on the rug of the room when we entered and they cleaned it immediately.

Used to be a great location in the middle of everything. Unfortunately the streets around are super dirty and smoking weed everywhere on the streets. If you want to fail your next drug test go to Amsterdam. No clue why the city charges 21 dollar city tax for such a mess!
The room is small (old building) but has everything you need. The gym is very limited for a hotel this class. Great bars in the Hotel and exceptional staff.
The Hotel focuses on the LBGTQ+ community. Not sure as a „normal“ person you are very welcome there. Would not go again but mainly bc of the city not the hotel.
