Great room. Quiet and clean. Amazing location.

The hotel was very dark and outdated. Sat for hours gambling without seeing a waitress to the point had to leave my game to find one. No microwave and they literally left you 1 roll of toilet paper. Not impressed at all. Definitely would not go back.

The staff were very nice and welcoming. The check in process was very simple and easy.

We ate breakfast at the Kitchen Table inside the Rio. They food was good and our server, Jose, was fantastic. I do not recommend the Bloody Mary. It had an interesting flavor that wasn’t enough “tomato”. Remodeled Rooms at the Rio are very clean. Great layout in the suites and huge bathroom area. Teresita was our housekeeping staff. She was great!

The breakfast for $5 for your party was great. They had a variety of items to eat. The buffet style setup was always full of food and drink. The staff were welcoming and kind. This.hotel offers a one free ride per day to and from by Uber to select locations in the area. We ate dinner in the 270° panaramic view of the mountains and Pacific not to mention the food was scrumptious. The location is great for West Los Angeles, Beverly Hills and Santa Monica.

Staff and management were amazing! Very accommodating and they communicate and respond back conveniently. Directions were clear and precise on check in and check out. The unit itself was really spacious for the 5 of us! I would highly recommend booking with this team!
