Great location. Helpful, friendly staff- especially Finn, a standout, especially with our kids. Proximity to public transport was a big bonus. Discounted easy access to Hagenbeck Zoo and the Tropen Aquarium was a bonus!

Das Hotel macht einen guten Eindruck. Uns ist positiv aufgefallen, dass das Personal sehr sehr freundlich war. Beim Frühstück kam uns der Bereich des Büffet etwas klein vor. Die Auswahl beim Frühstücksbüffet war gerade noch in Ordnung. Alles in allem würde ich wieder in diesem Hotel buchen. Wir haben uns während des Aufenthaltes sehr wohl gefühlt. Ein kleines Highlight war der Strandkorb den man für einen Tag kostenlos belegen kann.

Room was fantastic and staff was great. Amenities were very good, restaurant and lounge were very comfortable. They even have E bikes to rent.

Stunning Contemporary hotel with sweeping architecture, large, generous rooms, highly engaged and competent staff, terrific dining options, and wonderful view of the river and all of the activities that summer brings there. Really wonderful place to stay if travel brings you for some reason to Hamburg.
