Great location in the middle of Times square clean property, a little bright and noisey as a result.

Clean room, door didn’t close all the way so we left it unlocked by accident- may want to double check how doors close. There were loud sounds from elevator fist night so I could. It sleep at all but I did not hear them the second night.

Clean and spacious rooms, friendly staff and great location.

Definitely in need of a bit of a refurb.

I had a queen room, the room was pretty small but the size was totally fine for one person. The bed was very comfy! The room and bathroom were clean. I could hear a little bit neighbors when they were entering or exiting the room eg the door to the corridor is not well soundproofed. Other than that it was pretty quiet. I was on the 15th floor and elevator could be a bit of a wait in bus times. Overall good experience and would definitely be back.

Posh hotel with no fridge in the room (too tiny) and ask for extra for view! Disappointing.

Location was excellent, next to Time Square and subway station. The room was on the small side, we had a room for 3, but the 3rd bed was a very uncomfortable sofa bed, that when opened, did not leave any space for the desk next to it and the window. I also hope the room had a microwave Overall, it was a good stay

Enjoyed the property

This is an older hotel, but it’s very clean and well maintained, with genuinely friendly staff and fast, reliable Wi-Fi. There’s a pharmacy, along with several restaurants and coffee shops (including Starbucks), right across the street, which is very convenient. It’s also just a short walk to Times Square, making the location hard to beat.
