Staff is good, management is good.....it just lost the classic Hollywood style it was known for

Beautiful overall , this is not as complaint but the shower head in our bathroom didn’t have any water coming out

The restaurant experience was less than satisfactory. We were in a back area with very slow service. Very noisy. The waiter was pleasant but clearly serving too many tables. The food just wasn’t very good.

Room was spotless. Staff was excellent. No waiting anywhere. Breakfast was tasty but less than I had hoped for nothing like an Embassy suites. Great location, good views. Parking rates were comparable or better than most places in West LA.

All was wonderful. Have to say that after making reservations two months in advance m, I was a bit disappointed in where we were placed. I should have said something when we check in but once I got over what I was expecting, the room location was okay but the room itself was over the top. We will go again but be a bit more vocal in our room placement. But this place comes with our strong recommendation to stay.
