The hotel is brilliant in nearly all respects; staff are really helpful, rooms are nice and the view excellent. The reason for the 3-stars is due to the noise. On floor 5 you are just below the restaurant / bar which is extremely noisy and we struggled to sleep Friday and Saturday night. I feel a quick fix would be carpets in the bar area so that it would reduce the noise of people walking and moving chairs?

A great hotel with a very friendly and courteous staff. The view is spectacular from both sides of the hotel.

Everything about the stay was great!

The food and drinks were a little price, but at least the food portions were very large. Enough for 2 meals. Some of the staff were very welcoming and nice, however, there were some that were not. Very disappointed about that. Due to that, I would not stay again, but overall, nice facility, clean, safe, but I’m really big on the staff. 5 stars for most, 3 for ‘some’ of the staff. *Also, I rarely write reviews, but this was needed. Everything about the stay was great!

We really enjoyed this hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and very nicely laid out. Even though we were on the first floor next to a busy road, we were not bothered by the noise. The breakfast was high quality and with a lot of good choices. The location was terrific, close many sites and with restaurants in every price range near by. Would definitely stay here again.

Just returned from a week stay. We had a lovely, freshly remodeled room facing the Acropolis. The room was very comfortable and spacious. Cleaned daily and promptly. We enjoyed getting up for breakfast daily. We enjoyed the variety of fresh food daily. Coffee made to order, a favorite of ours.

The hotel is in a great location. Good restaurants and shopping areas are a walking distance. Going to points of interests is easy. It is walkable. The train station is also nearby. The front desk and hotel staff were friendly, helpful and very professional. Breakfast was great. We received very good service! Our room was spacious, comfortable and clean. We will definitely stay here in our next trip to Athens!
