ヘイマエイでのペット同伴の旅行

ゴールデンサークル、シンクヴェトリル国立公園や南の方にレンタカーで観光に行くのに非常に便利なロケーションでした。観光から帰ってからは温水プールに入ってゆったりできたので日本人にとってはありがたかったです。特にレストランのスタッフはフレンドリーで気分が良かったです。なお、朝食は連泊するには変化が欲しいと感じました。

立地が最高によく、どこに行くにもすぐでした。 部屋もきれいで、フロントの方も親切で言うことなしと思っていましたが、4泊してシャワールームの掃除が一度もされておらず排水溝がつまり最終日の夜に自分で掃除をしました。 あとキッチン付と書いていましたが、私たちの部屋にキッチンはありませんでした。

We liked the location since it was close enough to central, quiet & safe. At first, we were very nervous with the check-in method through the messages, but everything was going well. The apartment was different than the advertised pictures, but worked fine with us. We stayed for 3 nights, but didn't using the washing machine or the kitchen, so no comment on these. My husband only used the coffee machine & he said it worked fine. Every thing looked new & modern. Beds were clean & comfort. The only thing we would complained is the dust. The apartment looked clean through out at first, but under the bed, under the couch & some corners of the rooms full of dust. We knew of these because both my daughter & I got dust allergies. We should have called the room service, but it was late so we just clean up ourselves (which would be more helpful if the apartment has some cleaning equipments like a broom & dustpan for example). Overall, we like this place and would recommend it.

We were a group of 7 young adults staying at Om Apartments #202 for three nights. We had a great stay there and would very strongly recommend it for others. Pros: - Plenty of supplies and space for 7 people. Two full bathrooms were sufficient. Plenty of toiletries, toilet paper, cups/plates/utensils/etc. - Check-in and free parking went very easily (picked up keys from lockbox). They allowed us to check-in early as soon as we arrived the apartment in the morning after our flight. WiFi without issues. - Washer and dryer worked as intended (although be prepared for long cycle times and bring your own detergent). - Lots of closet space and wall hooks in each room. Plus hangers in each closet. For awareness: - On second floor with stairs - One of the bedrooms is a sofa bed but it was clean and bedding was provided (for you to set up) - Twin beds are not very wide (by American standards) My only minor suggestion is that it would be great if there was more active communications. I tried reaching out on WhatsApp but never got a response. They did respond over email but sometimes it would take a few hours. Also, more photos of the apartment would be appreciated to have a better sense of what it looked like. Again, these didn’t significantly impair our stay and everything worked out great.

清潔な部屋に必要十分なキッチンや食器、調理器具が揃っており大変便利でした。また駐車場が無料で数も十分にあるので大変良かったです。スタッフの方とは比較的タイムリーにチャットで連絡が取れますし、大変使い勝手の良いホテルだと思います。

I was informed that I would receive an email with the check-in instructions at 1:00 PM on the day of my stay, but no such email arrived. Other guests seemed to be having the same issue. I went to the hotel front desk in front of the building to sort it out, but even though I was staying at an apartment, they gave me a hotel room key card. The male staff member who assisted me was careless and had a terrible attitude. The female staff member at the front desk also acted condescendingly. I hope you properly train your staff.
