Airport shuttle was quick. Hotel recently remodeled. Lobby lovely. Room was clean and updated. Pool view room was a view of a wall. Room 246. Should not be booking that room. Pool is under construction. Coffee maker did not work. Water pressure was very minimal. Would not stay here again especially for the price. Would not recommend. The girl at the front desk did get us a complimentary coffee after I informed her that our coffee pot was not working.

Great hotel inside/out , in walking distance of a lot of activities/shopping/beach. I loved the balcony very spacious. Most of the staff didn’t speak English , it took an hour to check in just to receive the wrong suite having to wait another hour . A lot of traffic /construction , the valet is cluttered can be overwhelming.

Everyone at hotel was great. Moved me to a better room after the first was too noisy - it was the elevator next to my room. Beach Staff and restaurant could not be better. However, concierge was not great. Couldn’t help with any rezy or the spot in NYC. When I asked about making a simple dining reservation at the hotel itself (which is fantastic,) they were looking for a markup on a table rezy…so my two cents stay at the hotel but make your own rezy

It was great - upgraded room

in all honesty the vibe is great but our room in versailles tower was dirty and had a weird scent to it. no point in getting a balcony room because theres like 10 massive generators in front of your view that are on all day. the tower is far from the lobby and most amenities however it was less chaotic with barely any foot traffic. overall atmosphere is amazing but the location of the hotel itself limits you from walking to a lot of places like south beach downtown. vida brunch was ok, arkadia wasnt all that, la cote (outside bar) was probably the best. the beach area seemed very unorganized and hectic. highly recommend not going during hs spring break or conventions because this hotel gets insanely crowded with a ton of kids literally running around the lobby. check in was smooth tho we got our room at 8am right after landing and check out was even easier as you didnt have to wait in line, all you had to do was text the check out on your phone. overall id give it a 7/10. i would definitely come back here but will opt to choose the suites at sorrento or tresor suites!

The rooms were clean and the staff friendly and professional. Where it could be an improvement is the little things that make Nobu an upper echelon like it promotes compared to the Ritz, Peninsula, Waldorf etc. if I’m going to lay $10.50 for a bottle of water in the gift shop I should get that level. Lack of towels in fitness Cntr, long wait for front desk, asking permission to get into the locker room in spa when we have keys that can do this. Changing a dinner res was little difficult too…but it was done. Staying at other Nobu locations this one didn’t meet that level. Mgr was helpful when I brought this to his attention…but overall for spring break they need more staff attending things you get for this price, especially one that adds a $49/day resort fee.
