Staff are great but the bed and pillows were uncomfortable. Especially the pillows they are horrible. I had to use a towel as my pillow. Other hotels have feather pillows that are far more comfortable. It would be nice to have a choice. For this reason we won’t return. It’s too bad because everything else was nice.

The first room smelled bad and I asked to be moved which they did. They said they were sold out but I never saw anyone else on my floor, it felt empty. Staff were friendly except for front desk. The pool area was impossible to get a chair by the pool unless you got up at 7am. There is no short cut to the pool from the Versailles tower, there is a lot of walking to get to anything.

The staff was courteous and helpful. The apartment was equipped with basic essentials. The area was quiet. I would suggest adding oven mittens in the kitchen as there was nothing to use to take the pan out of the oven with.

Lovely room, great location and the food at the Nobu restaurant did not disappoint. However the hotel seemed short staffed. The concierge hours began at 10:00, but was hard to track down, and the pool staffing felt extremely tight.
