The resort grounds are spacious and well maintained. The location is walkable to shops and restaurants. The resort is surrounded by water 270 degrees and has spectacular sunset views. The staff are friendly are always focussed on your enjoyment. The pool villa pool was excellent.

Amazing location on high ground overlooking the beach. Downside is not being close to water which disnt bother us.

Can’t say enough about Tugu and its staff. They went above and beyond to make our stay incredible. We had an early flight to catch and they had breakfast prepared for us at 6am, usually not available until 7am. Highly recommend staying here.

My wife and I stayed for a week during our honeymoon and were made to feel so welcome. Everyone was so lovely and kind. We appreciated all the ways that they made our honeymoon feel extra special! We managed to enjoy relaxation and adventure in equal parts, including surfing directly in front of the hotel and snorkelling at the North Gilis with a boat also taking us directly from the hotel. We really enjoyed the Indonesian cooking class offered by the hotel and found the themed nights at the restaurant, particularly the flavours of the archipelago, extremely satisfying. Overall could not imagine our honeymoon anywhere else, thank you so much to the entire team that made it so special!

Friendly services, clean , good ocean view

My wife and I stayed for a week during our honeymoon and were made to feel so welcome. Everyone was so lovely and kind. We appreciated all the ways that they made our honeymoon feel extra special! Was quite shocked. Upon checking in, served a welcome drink, which was great but after that was just downhill. No towels were in the room and tried to call the front desk but the phone was disconnected. It took hours to get the towels. Power outage continued for so long and occurred frequently. The color of water was terrible… even for 1 night, wasn’t rest at all…
