Absolutely loved the view of Manila bay, room was clean tidy, staff was fantastic, anything needed was provided, great commutation from all the staff

Bath towel had stain on it. Face towel not available. Robe looks overly used. Breakfast buffet selection average compared to other five star hotels I've stayed before. Some of the local delicacies ran out at 8am.

Staff is very courteous. General facilities are nice. Rooms are not as tidy as they should be. Chairs exhibit rust. Carpets stained.

The staff at this hotel are out of this world. The most hospitable crew on the planet. Rooms and common areas are very clean. However, the standing shower continuously produces a small puddle that we have to clean up every time. Also, the included breakfast buffet is just all right, but nice to have. The bell manager, Joel, is a true professional. Big props to him and the crew.

The room is clean and the staff are nice and very accommodating. I definitely come back and recommend this place to others.
