Clean room and great customer services.. Room service was great

Our 5 night stay at Eurostar Laietana was excellent. The place was very clean which we liked and the beds were comfy. The location of the hotel was perfect. The staff were very helpful they would go out of their way to make sure our stay was comfortable. We had a road facing room and it would get noisy at times. We did have a problem the first night with a leaky roof in the bathroom but we were given a different room straight away. The breakfast is good but it’s same menu everyday. Over all it was an excellent stay and I would definitely choose to stay there again.

Couldn’t get in the room, the room card was not working, we had to go down twice to the front desk for them too reregister the card key and finally the person at the desk came to see what was the problem to realize the card readers needed a new battery! After a long trip it was very upsetting, we waited 40 mn to be able to go in our room.

Clean room and good servise

Amazing time and experience staying at the Paxton Hotel. All staff speak English and helped us out soo much. The swimming pool was great to swim in. I wanted to personally thank Ana as she was the most kindest, caring hotel staff ever. She welcomes us with such grace and went above and beyond to help us out with any travel queries that we have. The breakfast was good. It would be nice to see more vegetarian and vegan hot breakfasts but in saying that breakfast was good. Overall fantastic stay, would 10000% recommend and will definitely come back to this hotel in the future.

Hotel staff- a five star should have welcome drinks or a station available. Staff should be welcoming you and door should be opened. None of this happened at this hotel. I also didnt forsee the staff telling my children to not touch the fountain in the hall- they are kids and the fountain is not on (why is it not on its a 5 star) . Pools in pictures are in neighbor properties which you have to pay for-the pool in this hotel is a single pool. Hotel is quite far from city centre and the shuttle they claim is always booked-you have to reserve far in advance at a specific time Lots of towels available. Beautiful outdoor space and dining available. Room- furniture needs updating. Bathroom was great. Room was large enough for our family of 4 but for a 5 star hotel i would expect something a bit fancier for decor and furniture. Food is pricy- a burger 25 euro -but delicious coffee-5b euro all in all housekeeping was good and hotel was nice but i would only give it a 4 star. Staff could be a bit friendlier

It is a modern hotel with very helpful and pleasant staff. The location is excellent and a short walk away from shopping and site seeing places. The pool is very small and it is really intended for kids or cooling off. It is more like a pond. Overall, highly recommended.

I have stayed here numerous times and recommended this hotel. I was disappointed. Public spaces were not as clean. I was given a room immediately under the rooftop patio which would have been ok if it hadn’t also smelled like the sewer system the entire time. Very disappointed. This was our sixth stay at this hotel. Likely will not return.

All are clean staff are very helpful.air conditioning is not that great and at night slumming the door really loud very disturbing can’t sleep.
