Overall positive stay. Room was nice and spacious and clean, good location right beside metro or walkable to inner city. My only issue was the room temperature, I was freezing and uncomfortable the whole time, even in sweatpants and two sweaters. There was no ability to change the room temperature. I voiced this to staff the first day and was given a small space heater. I appreciate the effort but this did not solve the problem as I can’t carry the space heater around the whole room all evening. I felt the heating on the baseboard heaters turn on the morning I checked out…would have been useful earlier. You shouldn’t be uncomfortable the entire time you’re in a hotel room you’ve paid good money for. I would highly recommend the hotel if it weren’t for this issue.

The hotel is beautiful, with comfortable beds and a nice restaurant with bar. The hotel location is close to the subway but it’s not in the best area of Vienna. You have to take the subway to the main areas of Vienna. But overall it’s a great hotel.

Excellent room, location, and breakfast. The staff was particularly welcoming and helpful!

The whole experience from first coming through the door was exceptional. Staff were helpful & knowledgable and the room and other facilities were first class. Would definitely hope to stay again on a future visit to Vienna.

The hotel is very nice and the staff are friendly. The hotel is a bit more expensive, but not overly so. We arrived a bit early, 1 hour before official check in time, and our wasn't ready.

Breakfast was good and varied. Easy access to all the surrounding areas walking to sites and shops

The room was ok! The first room I was given had an interior courtyard view- I requested a chance to exterior room-and moved to a two bedded room! Housekeeping was inconsistent - did not replace coffee pods, stirrers etc did not clean saucers - in one of our rooms left a peanut on a bedside table - we had not eaten peanuts during our stay - showed up to clean at 4:00 pm when we had returned from a whole day out?? Registration staff gave us no information about amenities, happy hour, events etc. Concierge was helpful and bellman too ! Very disappointing overall- especially for a 7 day stay!

Everything was clean, the staff was extremely courteous and helpful and it was centrally located. My only wish was that there had been a la carte breakfast options, not just the buffet.
