I cannot recommend this hotel rooms are too small

Really good hotel. Spacious room. Large comfy bed. Very clean. Wonderful shower and roomy bathroom with nice toiletries. The staff want to do everything they can to help you in any way. Breakfast is excellent with hot and cold options concentrating more on the healthy side. Location is really good with a few minutes walk to old town square. A lovely few days stay and we would recommend this place to anyone.

Excellent, well-run hotel. Great concierge services. The location is ideal— close to restaurants and the main old town sights, but quiet and away from the crowds.

This property did not feel like a hotel at all. The overall setup and atmosphere were more like a shelter than a hotel. There were many young teenagers hanging around the lobby area, which made the environment feel uncomfortable. The room did not have air conditioning and was not properly cleaned. The television was very small, offered only a limited number of channels, and most of them were in German. There was no hair dryer in the room and not even a proper place to hang clothes. Overall, the hotel did not meet the standards I expected and was a disappointing experience.

I booked one night before my travelling to UK by bus, which stopped for loading just in the front of the hotel. It is also very close to undergrond station. The reception and breakfast room are in ground floor, while all rooms are on 7th floor, easily reached by elevator. Renovated bathroom. Excellent breakfast. The staff is very friendly, and they offered me another stay (after my return from the Uk tour) for better price. The second stay was better than the first - the bathroom was much better cleaned and I had windows towards green, so I was happy with that. Aircondition and fridge worked excellent. All together good choice for travellers, if they lok for a good place to spend one night and easily connection to public traffic.
