Great stay, the location was perfect.

This was a comfortable place to stay with pleasant older style character run by friendly and helpful people. It would have been good to have contact a bit earlier about how to check in but that may have been at least partly my fault in that I only made contact the day before I arrived. It was clean, comfortable and secure. There was some street noise but that is to be expected in a central location. The shower in my room made a screeching noise and seemed to take a long time for the water to heat up and I gave up on it. It was quite expensive for a room in a shared house, albeit a pleasant and convenient one.

Easy check in. Very clean. Mattress was hard as a rock. Couldn’t sleep a wink.

Room was spotless, staff friendly and attentive. Restaurant was excellent and staff friendly. Great place to stay, highly recommend.

Staff were all lovely, particularly Yoshi & Keiko at reception. Room very spacious and bed super comfortable. Breaky yummy and only criticism I had were the towels needed to be better quality to give a 5* review. We had a great stay though.

Staff was helpful but broken lift was unexpected (I know it is not their fault). I was with my mom who has some challenges going up and down the stairs. Unfortunately, it was 3 day weekend and it was noisy outside (street) until late at night.

Great hotel, very clean and tidy. Docor was lovely, especially the court yard. Staff were very helpful and welcoming.

Beautiful rooms and communal areas. The lobby and courtyard are beautifully decorated. Our room was very comfortable and quiet. AC/heater was easy to use, as well as the spa bath. Really happy with our stay here, was well worth the value for money and would recommended staying here again.
