Nice hotel. Balcony has not been cleaned for some while otherwise the rest is clean enough. Lovely staff. Good rooms. No elevator which is not immediately clear from their description.

We spent 3nights at the Imperial and it was a superb hotel. They were able to accommodate an early check in for one of the 2 rooms which was super helpful and they had the other ready efficiently.
Theblift wasn't working during our stay but the reception staff helped with bags and also stored our pushchair for us as we were travelling with a baby.
The breakfast was tasty and served in a lovely room with friendly staff who were also very efficient.
We had an issue on the last day that a payment had been taken from the cards held to the room in error. The staff were very apologetic and while it took a few days to sort out the money was returned to our cards.
Overall a great hotel with splendid, if not ostentatious, decor and helpful, friendly staff. Would 100% recommend.

Absolutely gorgeous apartwith stunning views. The apartment was beautifully furnished with all the amenities you would need. The owner was extremely helpful with entry issues (all my own fault for not turning on data!), the wfi was easily accessible and extremely fast.
I would highly recommend... 5 stars
