Charming little Hotel I have stayed there several times and I will be back.

Perfect location, beautiful rooftop, and an overall amazing stay!

Staff was amazing. The hotel is a bit aged and could use some touch ups.

Our room had a garden view which was lovely. Nice sized bedroom and bathroom. As a reminder, in Europe, most hotels do not have face/wash clothes so bring your own if that is important. Also although they do have AC the property had disconnected it as it was becoming fall season. During the day the room was a bit warm but quite comfortable at night and in the morning. Just in case that is a factor for someone. Hotel is in a lovely and quaint somewhat residential area. Only a few blocks to the Promenade. Lots of restaurants very close.

Great Hotel 3 min walk from train station. Lots of restaurant and grocery options close by. Would stay there again if ever back in Nice.

Perfect location as long as you dont mind some street noise. Very clean, well maintained, welcoming staff, 10/10 walkability.

Coming from USA with only one quick overnight in Nice, with very little time to visit unfortunately. This hotel fit that purpose perfectly. Has a hip, young person vibe. Kind staff. Simple, small, clean with nice breakfast and easy walking access to train station. Was quiet for us even with train station and street nearby. Long walk to the ATM at the CCF Bank down by the water but the exchange rate had no markup and no transaction fees, unlike all other bank (banque) in the area (we tried 4 others). I would stay again. There's a sister hotel next door that looked a lit bit fancier if needed.
