The property is ok, but the services are not good as aspected, with broken elevators and coffee machines. My wife lost her white color coat when the hotel the room cleaning staff mistakenly collected the white coat with hotel white towels together and never return to us.

Brilliant location for accessing Chinatown, shopping options, and the light rail that connects to everything. Disappointed in the room servicing on the weekend but was able to get enough towels to see me through my stay. Will definitely stay there again but please do a better job servicing the rooms.

Location was great, close to amenities and transport. Easy to check in and out.

Clean rooms and attentive staff. Great location to walk to city, fish markets, ferries etc. And very reasonable rates.

Excellent hotel in every respect. My wife, 8 year old son and I all loved it there. The staff were superb, the breakfast delicious, the room clean with a nice balcony, what more can I say!

Wonderful stay. Staff were friendly and attentive. Power points next to bed and all around room. Water pressure was Fanta and beds very comfortable.

I stayed here for 6 nights in March with my sister. I cannot fault the hotel. It is beautiful, in a fantastic position ( although be prepared for steep slopes and lots of steps if walking). So close to main attractions. We had an opera room and the view was stunning. Lovely big room with lots of amenities. The staff were all so professional and friendly ( especially the lady who stood in the foyer all day!). I would definitely stay again and highly recommend

Was a bit scary at 4.15 am when leavi ng through the side door to be meet by a drunk guy wanting to give me a hug. Luckily the taxi came a little early. Just got a fright when going out the door, as i didn't see him there.
