This hotel is AMAZING! The employees are wonderful. The room was spotless. The bed was comfortable. I will definitely stay here each and every single time that I come to Singapore. Grocery store, lots of food places, and China Town is within a short walking distance. I love this hotel!

This is a service apartment–style stay rather than a hotel. The location is excellent — very close to the MRT and a nearby hawker centre with a great variety of tasty food at affordable prices. The reception staff are very kind, helpful, and polite, which makes the stay pleasant. Each unit comes with a small kitchen and a washer, which is very convenient for longer stays. If you book both rooms in the unit, these facilities are for your private use; otherwise, they are shared with the other occupants. A few things to keep in mind: there is no daily housekeeping, so beds are not made and trash and dishes are not cleaned automatically. However, fresh towels and trash removal are provided upon request. Also, if the elevator is not working, you may need to carry your luggage up to the third floor yourself.

Room was clean, good value for this location, across from Raffles Hotel which has become egregiously expensive.

First time in a 5-star hotel and was blown away! Everything was luxurious and cleaned daily; I loved coming home everyday to a clean room! Best of all, the staff were super friendly and helpful, even hailing a cab for me after I checked out super early in the morning. 😁

The rooms were clean, the staff was professional, and the location was excellent. The only downside was that the breakfast was somewhat lacking.
