All was great, clean room, Aircon, Staff from the front desk to the Bar and Restaurant to the Housekeeping were all wonderful. This is my go to Hotel everytime i visit Angeles City. I cant say enough giid things about them!

The hotel staff are excellent and they are really professional. The property itself is ok but the water system is horrible. I had to buy drinking water to wash my teeth and wash my hair because the water system was so dirty. I turned the water running for more than 10hrs and the water was still yellow. Hopefully they can fix that for future customers. If the water issue is fixed i would stay again but for now, I would not come back to the hotel because clean water is essential for hygiene.

"Check in was smooth & fast. The bed however was hard & uncomfortable. I asked for a mattress topper but it was as only put on the 3rd night. Breakfast was nice but they should consider giving a second cup of coffee free or unlimited coffee & tea. The room was large & spacious."
