Great location. The staff was always friendly and helpful. The room was on the small side, but it worked for us. Having the water filter to fill our bottles everyday was a great bonus.

Great location especially if you’re getting on a river cruise. Staff were very helpful, especially at check-in.

The hotel was clean and staff was helpful however this hotel did not feel like a 4 star hotel. The hallway was very dimmed with few lights turning on when walking to your room from the elevator. There was no mini refrigerator or coffee machine in the room as you would expect from a 4 star hotels. There were 2 water bottles on the little table in the room and a safe. The shower doors very poorly installed and no matter what you do water was spilling out from the shower stall to the bathroom floor. The underground garage was good however the exit required assistance as only one door was opening automatically while the second required staff assistance ether through intercom or physically by scanning the staff’s badge. The breakfast location at the restaurant was fine however breakfast selection was extremely limited in comparison to other 4 star hotels. This hotel definitely felt as 3 stars the most and I would be hesitant to stay there again.
