Flight seervice with LOT was excellent and hotel service was also very good

Hotel offers 2 Tweed bed at Satandard room very comfortable. Breakfast menu it’s excellent. Location it’s very good close to Fabryka Norblina -huge food court and Salsa Libre dance school.

Communicative property owner and a cute and clean place. Felt very comfortable.

Access to the building is not convenient if you have luggage: the main entrance is stairs-only and reaching the elevator with suitcases is a hassle. Inside the apartment there was an overpowering air-freshener smell; opening the windows didn’t help because smoking is allowed on the balconies, so the cigarette smoke came right in. Basic amenities were missing. There was a coffee machine but no coffee pods, no bottled water, and a washing machine but no laundry pods. For guests staying 4+ nights, it would be great to provide at least 1–2 pods for coffee and laundry. Customer service was also disappointing. I messaged via the platform’s messenger and WhatsApp and received no response. I’ve stayed at a very similar place in the same area that offered much better service—two bottles of water, a variety of teas, coffee pods, candies, and very communicative staff. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this apartment.

Very good value for a really spacious junior suite - the bathroom was huge! Opposite (going one way) was a convenient bus to Old Town and a tram to Central going the other way. 15 mins to either. Get the Jakdojade app for day passes as they are not sold on the bus ticket machine onboard. We had executive suite lounge access and the evening hot food was very nice, alongside the free alcoholic drinks. Daytime snacks, on the other hand, were limited to some cookies. The pool / steam / sauna was a welcome end to our day (December) - very clean and spacious. Being a 5 star hotel, some interactions with junior staff were varied in them responding to our requests. Sometimes more experienced staff would step in to rectify and provide the service befitting their star rating. Nothing overly taxing but we would have preferred to hear ‘yes, I can take care of that for you’ than put the onus back on us (considering there were 3 staff gathered around the concierge not really doing anything). The wifi can be a bit hit and miss. Overall, we recommend this hotel for the price for its spacious room, executive lounge access and the pool / spa. Paying a little more for the room meant all of these things were included. While a little further out from the main areas, the transport was incredibly easy to use and allowed us to see more than just the tourist spots.

Nice personnel, good breakfast and very beautifull rooms. But rhe pillows were hard as a stone. Please change the pillows to the soft ones.

Spotless room for the money

Very clean, modern, and well appointed! The mattress and pillow were of excellent quality, which is the most important criteria, if you ask me! Firm mattress/fluffy soft pillow, and all spotless. I slept like a log! Quaint, cute, kitschy and friendly, absolutely perfect hostel vibe. Will stay again, hands down!

Easy check in, clean room and good access to the airport
