This hotel is gorgeous and located on the main strip, Gran Via, and is close to everything. The City points of interest are easily accessible from this central location. It's beautifully decorated. The hotel is stylish, modern and boho. The view is amazing from the balcony. The staff are really helpful. The spa is delightful and the steam room, sauna, and plunge pool is included with the stay.

Great location, Spotless clean, wonderful staff and very good breakfeast. What else could ask for ?

The room was clean and well taken care of. The bottle of water was a nice welcome touch. The staff were friendly, attentive, and very happy to help with all of our questions.

We didn't have a good experience with our family room at the lower level. Noise and out dated facilities. But the staff are very friendly and with good English. So they upgraded our room to a higher level. It was queiter with better facilities. Our last night with Melia was good.

Excelente hotel, ubicación muy buena, cerca de l estación del metro así que puedes conectar fácilmente con el centro. La habitación y el servicio muy bien.

Clean room but awful experience. Terrible management. No information provided, no reception, nobody to speak to, no contact info. Called over 10+ times, no answer. Had to walk the streets for 2.5 hours to trying to find someone to help me check in, went to 5 of their buildings all located 15-20 minutes away, most were empty, no managerial staff present, no reception staff around. Absolutely useless. I had to drag all of my luggage around, lost my jacket & ripped my bag in the process. Never again. Absolutely awful management. No compensation, no apology. Over 8 people had the same situation. Never experienced anything like it. The expectation for your customers to go on a wild goose chase around Madrid, awful.

Nice hotel. Staff were friendly. Rooms are bit dark and feels little gloomy. It was spacious. Right next to Renfe commuter train station. Takes about 45 mins to reach city center.
