Great location. 2 minute walk to tram stop to get into the old town. Hotel very clean and staff very helpful, Marianne in particular at the reception.

Room was clean and beds were comfy. Reception staff were friendly. Unfortunately we didn't sleep well at all due to the level of noise. We could hear guests in the corridors VERY clearly, hear people in the rooms next to us, doors opening and closing throughout the night etc. There was even a cleaner in the room opposite at one point having a very loud phone conversation, even when we'd hung the sign asking for quiet on our door.

Centrally located just off Wencelas Square with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Within walking distance of Old Town Square and Charles Bridge. Quiet at night except for one drunken guest one night which was dealt with by the police. Comfy room and bed although the duvet is very small and only just covered two average sized people! Staff were very efficient, always on hand to help and offered friendly helpful service throughout. Breakfast choices good and refilled regularly. Bar service till midnight. I can thoroughly recommend this hotel.

The spa was excellent, the room was spacious and comfortable.

Excellent location right on the high street, Christmas Markets outside the door. A few minutes walk from Old Square and Clock. Facilities around and including the hotel were excellent. Would really recommend.

Such a lovely place to stay and not far from the old square. We would recommend Iron Gate Hotel, very clean facilities, excellent restaurant and bar, the staff are very attentive and the food is excellent, only thing is that the breakfast wasn’t very hot but that is the only thing. We have had a wonderful time.

Very good breakfast, with a lot of option and fresh products

Best location ever! Transportation right there. Manager was very very nice. No hot water for shower but they did get some of it to work before we left. We would stay there again.
