Awesome in every way!

Staff across the hotel were very good, but the pool service was dreadful. At no point did anyone come to the loungers to take drink orders – we had to walk up and order ourselves, yet were still charged service and tax on top. The location is stunning, but the resort is tired. It needs a full refresh: paintwork, woodwork, tiles, furniture – everything shows its age. Our premium room felt worn, and I would not want to pay double for one of the suites in its current condition. Housekeeping standards were also below expectations, which unfortunately mirrors my experience with other Accor properties, including So Bangkok. Overall, I would suggest choosing a Thai brand over an Accor hotel – you will likely get far better value, service and quality for your money.
