The facility is a bit old.

Located adjacent to the main train station, with a multitude of restaurants and shops inside. The rooms were spacious, great breakfast buffet and the club lounge views were amazing. Highly recommend!

We stayed for two nights in one of the traditional rooms with kaiseki and it was one of the best experiences we have had anywhere in the world. The food was amazing and the staff were very polite and professional. Walking through the park from the front door or into town is also great! The private baths were super relaxing. I also recommend having the staff order you a massage and you will not be disappointed!

The customer service was excellent, the superior room was a reasonable size and the location was close to two rail lines. The castle was close and the view of the castle was great particularly at night.

Clean hotel. Courteous staff. The subway station is right outside the front door of the hotel. The welcome drink every night is a plus.
