A nice quiet, clean hotel on the Esplanade. Amanda went over and beyond to assist us with a minor issue and I couldn’t thank her enough. The manager of the hotel was fabulous as well. Great happy hour as well. I would highly recommend this hotel for your next holiday.

This was our 9th trip to Cairns and the first time staying at the Cairns Plaza Hotel, which is by far out favourite place to stay now. It is located in a quieter end of the esplanade which we really enjoyed but still well within walking distance of downtown Cairns. The hotel was very clean, staff were exceptionally helpful, and the room was comfortable and very spacious.

This was a wonderful place to stay and visit the Great Barrier Reef. The hotel is perfectly located, with a 5 minute walk to the marina where all the tours begin for the Great Barrier Reef. The staff were so friendly and helpful in the most wonderful way, and a special thank you to Jacob. The restaurants and their staff were so kind, and the food ever so generous and delicious. Not to forget their amazing breakfasts, any meal will be a great start to your day of sightseeing. Our rooms were clean, quiet and spacious with a lovely view of the city. All in all a truly magical experience. Highly recommend staying here.
