High Atlas Mountain Vacations

The staff at this hotel are really the stars of the show. While the property is a nice refuge from the hustle bustle of Marrakesh, the facilities are slightly worn. The rooms are very nice and spacious, the pools are a nice, and while we preferred the smaller more private pool, it could have been better maintained,(the tiles were a little green with algae), but again, very nice amenity. We asked for a room change, as the bass of the music being played in the pool area, was pounding in our room. We were quickly accommodated, but we were not really able to get far enough away from the constant pounding bass sound. We decided to take advantage of the small pool in front, where we found some peace and quiet and enjoyed a refreshing dip in the pool. Later we had a nice dinner at the restaurant, again the staff are so very accommodating. The sweet receptionist organized a nice excursion to the Ourika valley the following day. We really enjoyed our breakfasts with the wonderful chef Hosmi and our friendly waiter Teoufiq. We had an early departure at 8am, but Hosmi happily made us coffee, and was very sad he could not make us breakfast before we had to go! And I wish we would have taken his suggestion to ask our driver to wait 10 minutes! This kind of hospitality is rarely found anywhere. We truly appreciated everyone’s sincere efforts to make our stay memorable. Bravo!

Amazing staff. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. The “back alley” entrance is quite the introduction to the hotel - but the location is fantastic. I would 100% absolutely stay there again.

Nice hotel in central location. Rooms clean with good air conditioning which was essential when we travelled as temp on high 20’s. Restaurant food ok, let down by waiter ignoring us, then when I approached and asked for some drinks for our table , didn’t bring them, so we never ate dinner there again. Breakfast is usually buffet found in most hotels with fruit, eggs, pastries, cereal juices and coffee etc.

Nice location and staff very friendly. The welcome tea and basket of water and snack was a lovely touch. Room was clean and the washroom had great water pressure with no lack of hot water. Windows in room not a tight seal so it made for a very loud and noisy night from the street traffic.

Not enough outlets, had to disconnect lamp/landline to charge more than one phone at a time. Room was cold during the night. Room did not feel clean. Located further out than expected, a lot of Ubers refused to come out.

Amazing spot for staying out of the medina, very close to the airport and breakfast was just wonderful! Also very nice area around with a shopping centre close to Menara gardens
