Easy to use, central to the city, comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful

This was a great stay! I was visiting family, and staying alone. I felt the location was easy to navigate, safe, and comfortable. It was relaxing to come here at the end of a long sight seeing day. The facilities were really good, the room comfortable, the staff helpful, and all was clean. The service at the restaurant was good, and it was nice to have an option for room service. I had a very late check-in due to a late flight. The staff was quick to greet me and then was helpful in storing my luggage after check-out.

I had a wonderful experience! Every aspect of the hotel was excellent, from the warm welcome at the front desk and the exceptional cleanliness of the room, to the helpful doorman, the efficient bellman, and the attentive service from the waiters and waitresses at breakfast. I truly enjoyed my stay in Madrid, and I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel. I will definitely plan to return.
