We had no issues with check-in. We noticed that the hotel offers free access to a fitness facility, so we tried contacting them for more information. They always responded very quickly, which was great! However, finding the fitness facility and understanding the registration process seemed a little complicated. In the end, we didn't have time to use the gym because the hotel's location was excellent. It was very convenient to visit all the attractions and access public transportation. Our schedule was so full every day that we didn't really need to go to the gym anyway!

This is something that happened firsthand to a friend who is traveling with me in Lisbon. She asked me to share this story with others. Having passed the age of fifty, there are many people I am grateful to, but never before have I experienced something as unforgettable as what happened today. Upon arriving at the hotel to check in, I discovered that my backpack had been opened and several items stolen: my jacket, along with my passport—which had been in the pocket—€600 in cash, and a credit card. Hazel immediately stepped in to help; she accompanied me to the police station to file a report and arranged for the manager of the CORPO SANTO HOTEL to assist me with the procedures for my lost passport at the embassy. They went above and beyond, contributing both their time and their own resources. In a foreign land, I cannot imagine how I would have managed—or even taken a single step forward—without their support. No words of gratitude could possibly suffice; the help and warmth I received when I was at my most helpless meant the world to me. I am so fortunate to have met Hazel and the manager of the CORPO SANTO HOTEL. Thank you both so much for your selfless assistance—thank you!

Stunning location for a character boutique hotel, just a few minutes' walk into town. A lovely buffet breakfast was included.

Staff excellent, balcony tiny but usefull. Room fantastic. Breafast great...worth the money...my only gripe were the eggs and bacon cold every morning. There's a small grocery store close by at end of street for wine, cheeses snacks at reasonable pricing for your in-room fridge. The area looked sketchy at first but very safe. Tomas at front desk recommended a local restaurant it was fantastic o'toxo trespassed hermanos

The hotel is pricing themselves at 5 star level and is rated as 5 star hotel. Elevator was broken and we were offered to use the service elevator. The breakfast area , Tables were dirty. Staff was cleaning only the table mates and not the actual table. Ants were part of their breakfast buffet. everyone had to line up to get their coffee or tea. YOU ARE PAYING FOR 5 STAR AND GETTING 2 STAR SERVICE AND QUALITY
