Clean and convenient

Everything was perfect, a masterful blend of London and Japan. The room was well stocked with water, soft drinks, snacks, teas and coffees and had immaculate lighting which really made you feel relaxed. The bedding and mattress really shined for a wonderful sleep. Gym was great in comparison to a lot of other hotel gyms with a very high calibre of treadmills and a peloton. Dumbbells went up to 22.5kg which was ok for an impropmptu workout. The room was perfect, down to the very last detail with an amazing bath and shower. Staff were paid very high attention to detail whilst maintaining a relaxed and friendly atmosphere which really impressed us. The breakfast was well stocked and had a nice variety of hot menu options, as well as buffet bits and drinks. All in all, would highly recommend the Prince Akatoki to anyone looking for a unique and frankly perfect stay within the city!

Really spacious clean room, friendly check in and perfect central location

The room was ok, it was clean and everything worked the staff was friendly.

The hotel services have deteriorated. Very tight bathrooms , not comfortable beds but this was the case whether it was a single room or for a family. However , the location is great and convenient

Lovely place to stay if you want to be close to attractions

Easy to locate. Excellent location. Warm welcome. Room ready early with no charge. Room immaculate and well equipped with amenities. Mini bar was a nice touch. Modern room with crips white bedding, towels and robes. Pastry and coffee from the café was lovely. Visible security guard. Bags stored on departure day. Perfect stay - would highly recommend.

Great stay. Everything was clean and well organized, and the front desk staff member, Mr. Vitali, was very helpful and professional. A positive experience overall, and I would stay here again
