The reception staff was particularly helpful in giving directions, making travel arrangements, and providing storage for our luggage. It was in walking distance of the Eye, Parliament, Buckingham palace and many other sites. A clean, quiet, comfortable place.to stay.

Highly recommend The Other House. Beautiful hotel in a perfect location. Our room was beautiful - a little squishy, but great. The room had a kitchenette which took quite a bit of space, and we didn’t use it. It would be great if you feel like preparing some meals yourself, but we were keen to enjoy the restaurants and pubs in the city. The breakfast was excellent and well worth adding as an inclusion with your stay. The location is unbeatable with walking access to some of the main sights in London. It’s a beautiful neighbourhood and we felt safe and comfortable instantly. I hope we’ll be able to stay again one day soon.

The scrambled eggs tasted bitter, the chorizo were hard and chewy. It would be great to have coffee and water available at the lobby and a place to microwave takeout food as the restaurant is only open for breakfast..

Staff were friendly. Beds comfy. Biggest concern was area safety and lack of chain or double lock on room.

Great hotel with easy check in and a 24 hour coffee/tea station in the lobby. Great option for traveling with friends or fam, spacious and clean rooms and the breakfast was 22p per person and absolutely worth it. The location was a 10/10, near every bus and a major underground station while also walkable to soho & british museum/trafalgar square. Also, the hotel was on a really cute street and will def come back when i visit london again.

We had a wonderful stay at the Milestone. Our family was traveling with our baby and the staff was incredibly accommodating, providing a crib and excellent service. The staff at the hotel was second to none and catered to our every need. Between the service, the classic London charm, and wonderful accommodations we were impressed by every part of our stay at the Milestone. Five stars. Highly recommend.

Wonderful stay and pleasantly surprised considering the property is so new. It’s quite well ran. There were natural growing pains of a new space but overall - wonderful area, wonderful hotel and great staff. Erel was great

The hotel has an amazing views. I would like to stay again, next trip to London. I am pretty sure

The ambiance sure has changed here. We went a year prior. We loved our previous stay and decided to return. We won’t be back. We couldn’t tell if this hotel now houses refugees or not. Restaurant went down hill. Rooms are just okay.

Very, very authentic Victorian decor, throughout this property. Lots of places to eat, drink and shop, all within walking distance.
