Friendly and helpful staff. Hotel is in a great location. Walking distance from the city center and various attractions such as Vondelpark and the museum hub.

Exceptional staff, everything went smooth and we were well cared for. The front desk even loaned me a jacket for a small excursion I did.

We recently stayed at art'hotel in Amsterdam and it proved to be a wonderful experience. The hotel is in a nice neighborhood, across from the train station, so it is easy to get to and is within walking distance of many of Amsterdam's main attractions. The decor and the artwork is very interesting and unique. The room was quite comfortable. What really made the stay great was the staff. Everyone we dealt with went out of their way to make our stay a memorable one. They were all friendly and welcoming. We ate at the restaurant, Arca (Portuguese), and the food was great and the service excellent. Overall, a great stay.

Breakfast was available with lots of choices. Rating hotel five stars seems a stretch. Main elevator broke down room layout presented tight fit getting out of bed. Facility was clean. Wellness spa was not crowded and seemed clean. Menu could be expanded but food was very good. Location near train station but with luggage more of a taxi ride.

Amazing experience.

Room was spacious and had everything you needed. Staff were nice, even though one night at the restaurant we were left waiting over an hour for the food we ordered and when we asked where it was, turns out the kitchen staff had left! So we got no food but they did give us 3 complimentary drinks to use during our stay which was nice of them. Really enjoyed this hotel, highly recommend.

Izabela in restaurant area was amazing . What a wonderful human being . Had one issue, my son brought in food and bar tender told us we could eat in bar. We were only people in bar. Then some rude manager came in and told us to leave. Fine . Now no one in your bar. Make sure you are ok same page as workers .

Wonderful hotel. Clean, large rooms, extremely helpful and kind staff available 24/7. You couldn't ask for a better location its an easy walk to either Centraal or the Rijksmuseum, wonderful location to stroll from for sightseeing or people watching. I saw that people had complained about noise but we didn't notice an issue and the hotel offered ear plugs in case. The wifi was reasonable and there is a great (but not included) breakfast in the hotel. If we return to amsterdam we will no question be staying here again, seriously could not recommend it enough.

Excellent location for exploring Amsterdam, right next to Leidseplein, few mins from Rijksmuseum, canal tours, easy walk to Vondelpark, inner canal ring, Anne Frank House etc. Close to many bars and eateries/restaurants. Trams stop just outside. Good choice foods at breakfast (buffet only, not cooked to order). We ate elsewhere in the evening, so can't comment on dinner. Nice clean room, large shower, comfy bed and pillows.
