Staff are fantastic as always in Sri Lanka hotels . The hotel is located on a beach that is filthy with plastic bottles and debris with no attempt to clean it up. It’s an old property that is very tired- a bed that is so creaky it wakes you up in the night when you turn over, blinds on the room windows that are too hard to pull up and doors that are hard to open etc.

Nice location near the airport for a quick stay. Airport pickup was provided with a midnight arrival. Awoke to lush gardens in a very quiet area of town. The staff was very help in arranging a tour. Nalaka setup tuktuks and boat tour. He also shared some tips on surroundings cities. Breakfast and dinner options were very good and promptly prepared.

Everything was perfect, genuinely nothing to fault with this resort. Staff were so nice and friendly, the facilities were 10/10 and the food was amazing at their restaurant.
The pool setup was very relaxing, overlooking a nice mangrove river with lots of wildlife. The rooms were also massive, clean and modern and I had a great 3 night stay here, I wouldn’t hesitate to book a stay here again when visiting Sri Lanka.
