Good hotel a little remote

We really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is conveniently located with lots of shopping, restaurants and tourist attractions bear by. The staff was always friendly and offered directions, coordinating transportation and recommendations. The breakfast every morning was a fantastic way to start the day.

Bonjour! Yes it was clean (kudos to the cleaners) and staff are nice. We didn’t have time to do spa but my husband was able to use the gym facilities. There were shops nearby that we can buy or shop. Very convenient to go to all tourist spots and the taxi service was excellent. My only comment was that the air condition was not cold enough for us to sleep better. I hope it would be fixed and the refrigerator should be cleaned well coz it was smelly. Other than that I love the place, feels like I’m really in Paris. The interior decoration and the ambiance is up to my taste and so is the smell in the lobby. I would definitely come back and recommend your hotel. Merci!

Beautiful old historic building, friendly helpful staff Not very good for anyone with disabilities

The room was beautiful with a very nice balcony on the garden. We did have small amount of trouble with the air conditioning and trying to understand the thermostat but with just one call to the front desk and a technician came to “tutor” us !! Great hotel, location and helpful friendly staff. Definitely recommend for any visitors to Paris. The locations close and accessible to all sights.

The room was beautiful with a very nice balcony on the garden. We did have small amount of trouble with the air conditioning and trying to understand the thermostat but with just one call to the front desk and a technician came to “tutor” us !! El hotel está muy bonito, limpio, moderno. La cama y almohadas muy buenas, la vista a la torre es impresionante. Muy buen trato, muy cercano a restaurantes y tiendas.

The lobby and our room were nice and clean but the carpeting in the hallways leading to our room was horribly stained and very smelly. The television never worked the entire 4 days we were there. The various staff members came up 3 separate times to fix it but never did. We were promised a bottle of wine but we received a half bottle of sparkling juice (0% wine). There was very loud construction taking place all day, every day we were there. It was hard to relax. We were not informed that there would be such disruptive noises. But, the room was nice and comfortable. The kitchen had everything except salt and pepper. The neighborhood was great. Lots of dining, shopping and transportation options and overall just a lovely neighborhood.

Had an amazing stay! Thanking you to Pierre and other staff who made my stay enjoyable. I did solo trip for my birthday and they made me feel at home!

The room was clean, updated and quite spacious. The staff at the front desk, restaurant and concierge were very helpful. The bed was so comfortable and the room was incredibly quiet. We will definitely return to this hotel on our next visit.

The towels warmer was broken - we ask the staff to fix it - it never was done

The room was really nice, and the hotel is in a great location to walk to many of the top museums we went to. The metro is close too. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. We celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary in Paris, and we are so glad we chose to stay at Hotel Castille!
